On July 7th, Doosan Infracore announced the change of its representative color to Kairos Orange in a bid to create even a brighter and stronger image for its construction equipment. The main color change for all of the company’s product is the first since 2000.
‘Kairos Orange,’ the name of the new color, is derived from ‘Kairos,’ the Greek god signifying an opportune time for action. The new color will be used for all of the company’s construction equipment including excavators, wheel loaders, and articulated dump trucks.
The new color represents the commitment of Doosan Infracore making a giant leap forward in the global market by seizing key opportunities in a timely manner as implied by the meaning of Kairos.
Since realizing the mass production of excavators in 1978, Doosan Infracore, has used orange as the basic color for all its construction equipment for the past 40 years. With its high visibility, orange is helpful to secure safety in construction sites. As Kairos Orange is even brighter, the new color will boost the operational safety of Doosan Infracore’s construction equipment anytime, anywhere.
An official of Doosan Infracore said, "We will strengthen our brand identity through the sophisticated and stable image of the Kairos Orange color and further raise our customers’ satisfaction in all major aspects of our products including safety, quality, and performance."
